Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
For in-store purchases, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Intimates, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Refund processing time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Shipping is free on all orders, so there are no shipping fees to deduct from your refund.
In-store purchases are refunded in-store with the same 5–10 business day timeline.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
